1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Sitelevel's platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. About Sitelevel
Sitelevel provides an AI-powered financial planning and analysis platform designed for multi-site operators, including multi-unit healthcare organizations, private equity portfolio companies, roll-ups, and de novo operators. Our Services include AI agents, financial data integrations, reporting tools, and related features made available through our platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for business use and are not designed for personal, family, or household purposes.
4. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@sitelevel.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your account. Sitelevel is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation, including financial reporting or securities laws
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the platform
Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to disrupt or damage the Services
Use the Services to process data in a manner that violates any third party's rights, including data privacy rights
Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Services available to third parties without Sitelevel's prior written consent
Use the Services in any way that could impair the performance, availability, or integrity of the platform
6. Data and integrations
Sitelevel's platform connects to third-party financial systems, including ERPs, data warehouses, billing systems, and CRMs ("Connected Systems"). By enabling these integrations, you authorize Sitelevel to access and process data from those systems on your behalf solely to provide the Services.
You retain ownership of all financial data, business data, and other information you provide or make accessible through the platform ("Customer Data"). You grant Sitelevel a limited license to access and use Customer Data solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Connected Systems through Sitelevel complies with the terms and conditions of those third-party providers.
7. AI-generated outputs
Sitelevel's platform uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses, forecasts, summaries, and other outputs ("AI Outputs"). You acknowledge that:
AI Outputs are provided for informational and analytical purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice
AI Outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before being used to make material business decisions
Sitelevel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI Output for any particular purpose
You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on AI Outputs
8. Subscription and payment
Access to the Services is provided on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing frequency, and payment terms are set forth in your applicable order form or subscription agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law. Sitelevel reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to you.
Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.
9. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or lawfully obtained from a third party.
10. Intellectual property

12. Suspension and termination
Sitelevel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the platform or other users. You may terminate your subscription at any time in accordance with your subscription agreement. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases and Sitelevel may delete your Customer Data in accordance with its data retention policies.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SITELEVEL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SITELEVEL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SITELEVEL'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO SITELEVEL IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sitelevel and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
17. Changes to these terms
Sitelevel may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Services following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with your subscription agreement and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sitelevel with respect to the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Sitelevel's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
